The Radio & TV class at Washington High School provides students the opportunity to utilize the technical and communications skills they have learned in class in a practical environment.
Our Mission is to cultivate a culture of STEAM in order to inspire future generations of leaders and innovative thinkers.
The Washington High School Choirs are composed of 4 choirs (Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Choirs).
The Advanced Choirs are the most versatile of the choirs at Washington High School and commonly called "Accents" and "Guys with Ties".
NJROTC, or Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, is a leadership program designed to give you a head start in life. NJROTC develops self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership skills to help you or your son/daughter successfully meet life's challenges along the road.
Our award-winning band program is available for students in grades 5th - 12th.
5th-grade students explore band with Music Exploration, and students can then choose to join band in 6th grade.
At WHS, students can participate in the Golden Pride Marching Band, Washington Winds, Indoor Percussion, & ISSMA Solo & Ensemble.
Entrepreneurship education seeks to prepare people, especially youth, to be responsible, enterprising individuals who become entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial thinkers and contribute to economic development and sustainable communities.
